Brick Embosser

Use this embosser to create quilt effect on fondant cakes. This embosser works best for embossing designs into rolled fondant icing or creating cut-out decorations using thinly rolled modeling paste or very firm gumpaste. This embosser is not designed to cut out cookie dough or rolled fondant.
